Forget about the Pak navy, what about the chicom navy -- we really need the Indians to put up a strong enough front to them.

There is a permanent Indian Navy presence in the South China Seas. It has the Chicoms pissed. The Indian Navy is Blue Water, China still has a way to go to catch up to the Indian Navy.
