Let's see how some of you do first. I have made this easy enough even for Hollywood idiots to understand.

They love Castro and sing his praises. Even Speilberg said that his talk with Castro was the most "meaningful" of his life. Are these people sick? But of course Spielburg feels nothing for those who were butchered or died slow deaths in Communist Gulags. He is too stupid to even know about it. This is weird time in American History. Hollywood is full of ignorant bigots and the middle of the country is enlightened.

They are all false. In no case has congress passed a law prohibiting your free speech. In the case of 1 and 5, you may have a case against federal employees acting outside the law, but the government has not violated your right to free speech.
Thats my opinion.

That's how I see it.

I appreciate your point, but such cause of action would certainly include an argument for violation of free speech. It seems to me that in his capacity as a federal employee, such employee is indeed the government.

For me, number 10 captured the essence of Follywood's left-coast insanity best of all!

Yep, I saved the best for last. I am sure they would equate it with book burning in Nazi Germany. That is so typical of them and of their fuzzy thinking.

You know, I always knew there was a reason I hated "The Shawshank Redemption."

6 it depends on the class and what's being graded When doing essays it's always better to agree with the teacher because what's really being tested is your ability to regurgitate the "lessons", so in poli-sci he can blow away your grade for disagreeing with his commie views. Biology on the other hand forget it.

I think #5 is a trick question.
Didn't Hollywood support the Rush Limbaugh Orange Juice boycott?

Don't know the answers, however I do see a gradual erosion of free speech rights in this country. Maybe it's not so gradual.

I have No. 1 as a violation of free speech. I wouldn't want to be arrested for calling Clinton a rapist, but I would expect to be arrested if I threatened the POS.

Will it really burn if they pee on it first? I think the proper protocol is: backyard, ignite, smolder, then 'water.' Just my two cents...

To: PennsylvaniaMom
An acetylene torch works fine, but I take your point. I wanted them to have the opportunity to pee on it while I could see the title. That made it a little more enjoyable.
