yes, something like that.. I think it was stated, the detectives were following him, and arrested while he was driving his car...meaning they did a car stop, with a marked unit to the unmarked unit, the detectives to take him down.

There will be a lot of misinformation right now. That's just the way it goes. Heck, look at the title of this thread. The title says that he was arrested in Modesto, but he was arrested in San Diego. What is important is that the facts come out in court.
All I care about is that they got the scumbag. He must fry.
