well for one thing, the materials used to tie and weigh down the body (concrete blocks, fishing tackle, etc) are likely going to be directly linked to him, at least that is what the "sources" say.

They have been holding all their info close to the vest and I'm sure it's been because they have been needing the bodies to make the arrest. He is being charged with capital murder
