I just watched Greta's update on FoxNews. Yes, the police were immediately suspicious that the cement blocks he'd been making were missing (they'd found evidence from the molds in his garage). And they do have some evidence that the body had been anchored with cement blocks, fishing line, and fishing wts.
But my question concerns a piece of what that defense atty Garagos (?) said at the very end of the interview, right before they broke for news. Did he say that Peterson might have confessed as he's enroute to Modesto right now? I didn't quite catch it since they were playing music under his speech. What did he say?

Geragos alluded to the possibility that Scott had confided in someone. It sounded as if he had heard that.

As for the cement blocks, there was quite a bit of attention a while back on his use of cement. They studied his boat which apparently had traces, as well as the dumpster at his office (as I recall). CNN also just talked about the blocks and said that it would be consistent with anchoring a body. (My, that demonstrates an expertise worth CNN's consulting money, huh?)
