You are a little turned around here. The receipt for the ankle weights was found by the police and Scott was not able to produce the weights.

Just heard Rita C. on Fox a minute ago, she said SP is in an 8x8 foot cell, very sparse of course, only a bed, sink and toilet, he has to share a tv and phone with 4 or 5 other men (awww), can't leave his cell at all, except to shower and then twice a week exercise.

He's going to be roughing it from now on. Hope it was worth it to him...
