PS, wow I wish I had known about the concrete remarks made by Scott. It would have sent up a red flag. I heard they were "left from some construction Scott did" not the claim that the pool guy left them.

So Scott really *is* a dummy. "Violence against women is...is...unapproachable."

This guy is very crackable and once his attorney tells him the odds, it's all over. Most attorneys don't like these cases unless it is someone extraordinary where they are guaranteed some big bucks.

Plead? PLEAD!? I think he will BEG! But only after he is convicted. He recently told his friends that his hair turned color because he was swimming in a pool with too much chlorine. He still thinks he can manipulate people. Reality will have to be shoved down his throat (or any other suitable orfice) and then he will beg for mercy.
