Yeti, you're that juror that every criminal defense attorney wants on their client's jury.

P.S. A more likely scenario is that he sneaked into Amber's bathroom and stole her bottle of peroxide.

Even watching paint peel would be a more productive and interesting way of spending one's time.

WOW! thanks. Now I know my next entertainment.

My husband and I used to sit on the patio watching the bug zapper zap bugs until it went kapoot.

Then I spent hours and hours watching the MSNBC Baghdad cam until we took Baghdad.

One question? What color would you suggest as the most entertaining to watch peel?:-)

Well, thank-you DA, I'm flattered.

Like Feldman, the lawyer that every DA wants opposing him in court.

Hmm. I don't know. I think a color that fades. An added bonus is if there's another color underneath, and that one's peeling, too! Hey, I hope that disruptor (whatever his name was) is taking notes on all this...

My brother has one of those bug zappers. It's especially fun when a really big one flies in. But you don't want it to be TOO big. Might short-circuit the thing. Good thing we don't live in Florida or Louisiana, where they have bugs the size of small birds...

Good lord, why do they need so many PO boxes? Why is Scott attached to so many over all those years? Talk about leading a double life. Love this line from Mama Jackie in Time: "We were looking at new cars the week before in Carmel. Laci wanted a safer car for her baby" Her baby....put's THAT in context now, doesn't it?

Hi Kim. I see you're at the deep end of another law and order thread, eh?

It's Easter Sunday evening and my kids are just coming off their sugar rush (4th or 5th of the day), so it's hard to follow this thread. So what are the excuses?

I thought I heard they were really trying hard to build the case, body or no body. But they knew they had time to work on it, what with there being no time limit for the murder charges.

I think they had a lump in their throat as they considered that they'd be proceeding w/o the body, and he might get acquitted, and then the body would be found, and what if the body were found with clear evidence tying the murder to Scott? What a prosecutor/police nightmare that would have been! Double jeopardy would have protected him forever!

I wish I'd known about how the warming of the water (in the spring) would step up the decomposition and the gas production in the body. I'd have had more hope, back when all their searches were coming up empty!

Hi TomB! We're relaxing after a relaxing day.. :) I had a handfull of lifesaver jelly beans and got severe heartburn for some reason. I think I'm starting to get old or something.

No excuses for SP's behaviour..his mom and dad are defending him to the max, and he claims he was set up.

They sold the restaurant.

Scott would go back there and visit.

Could be that they sold it- or lost it--

Don't know for sure. Maybe that fact will come out in court.

My brother has one of those bug zappers.

Those things are a blast around here during pine beetle season. Like having a welding shop in your back yard.
