And yes, I do think the prosecuting of the killing of a fetus as "murder" is (among other things) a means of undermining legal abortions. And I think it's GREAT. Me too!! Which is why I wanted to scue their results!!
I know you and runningbear and others have been deeply checking into all aspects of the case, but I wanted to mention this in case you haven't seen it. It may not be anything at all, but I do recall seeing posts asking about Kristin Smart.
At the Son of Susan website, there is a page for 'Did Scott Peterson know Paul Flores???
It's kind of an interesting read.

Also, you hit it right! The choice IS over which form of contracetive to use... NOT a choice over whether to kill a human being or not.
One of my cousins, back in the late 70's gave birth a baby that was just over a pound. That baby grew into a lovely woman. NOW doesn't have a leg to stand on, and I think it is slowly dawning on them!! And they are grasping at anything.

LOL! I remember I lost mine a couple times. Aha! I thought. I'll call it from the other phone! Then I remembered my annoying habit of keeping it turned off when I wasn't using it or expecting a call on it. Drat!
Exactly my problem. Trying to conserve battery does not pay off when one is prone to leaving phone in mysterious places.

The 13th paragraph of your post,his father Lee,had a 8:00 tee off time the day of Scott's arrest. Like father like son, Lee was not going to let a little thing like his daughter-in-aw and grandson's brutal murder get in the way of a round of golf. Good grief, couldn't he keep his sorry as* home a few days to honor Laci and Connor memory. The more you learn about Jackie and Lee the more you understand their psychopathic son Scott.

Don Chapman is Scott's brother you're referring too, I believe. Jackie had him as a late teen or 20 something I think. He was born a Latham, he must have been adopted and got to know Jackie later in life.

I think CTV post's about the family are wrong. John Peterson was born a Latham, as was Don Chapman. It looks like from RTE66's research that the girl Latham is not Jackie's child.
Apparently after Jackie and Lee married John took Peterson as his last name, no official confirmation of adoption found per RTE66.
Scott was born the year after Jackie and Lee married. John was born in 1966, Scott in 1972.
