I read an account of his mother hiring a psychic and Jackie Peterson didn't want the info from the psychic given to the authorities.. not sure where I read it.. wish I could find the article.. seems the check from his mother was found in his truck and not given to the psychic.. I think his mom knew at that point he was guilty..

I thought of a phrase that shrinks use, which I think describes what he looks like now:

Just now doing a google search, I see that it's a characteristic of schizophrenia. Great. I hope he's not working on some sort of defense like that.

I also heard his criminal atty is one of the best in North Cal., didn't catch his name earlier, but a Stanford grad, 30-some years of defense under his belt.

But this lack of emotion SP's got going on may point to some underlying troubles unless he's faking it. I'm sure there'll be psych consults done on this guy.

I believe that statement was actually in regards to the warrants served on Modesto's mayor in a separate case involving some improprieties with public funds, etc. The judge's decision on both cases came down at the same time and the reporter failed to make the separation. Imagine that, a reporter not presenting ALL the facts. There were reports of missing evidence and harassment of witnesses in the mayor's case.

Just saw a video clip on Fox, from last night when he arrived at the MPD.

There was quite a turn-out for him in the streets, really more than I had thought!

Me too, and I can't help thinking it's got something to do with Amy. I've felt that way from day one when she went into the Peterson house to gather evidence.

It wasn't obvious when it was dated, but just re-reading a little of the text here:

Although the earlier sessions look like they were the only ones that were reported to JP, according to that. Then the trouble started between JP and the psychic so she didn't even report the last sessions.
