RG, somehow I don't think he'll plead...unless the evidence against him is so overwhelming for a solid conviction, he'll plead just to save his life.
But he's been walking around for 4 months, lying, laughing, and taunting the police, and with no reguard for the Rochas.
I think maybe in his sick sociopathic mind, he's convinced that he's untouchable and that he will continue to lie.
He lied to Laci, Amber, Rochas, his own family, friends, police, his community, the media, and the nation. He must be convinced that he's good at it.
We saw thru him.

Someone said he was looking pretty dejected on his first night in jail - "moping". Perhaps his mattress was a bit lumpy? Breakfast was cold? Too noisy to get a decent nights sleep???? awww.....my heart bleeds for him!

Profiler on FOX just ( roughly) said that " he was running out of time. He had to get rid of her now because he didn't want the responsibility a baby and wife intefering with his life." Hell...we all figured that out weeks ago!

Im sure his or their attorney has put a sock in her mouth for now...We'll see as this plays out whether she will be able to come to grips with the reality that her son is a murderer of the most henious kind.
Maybe they will have a statement after the Rochas make theirs on Monday.

The Modesto Bee hard copy, front page all of the Scott Peterson arrest...Media was on PD trial, so they swooped in for a quick arrest, trying to stay ahead of media..lol..Just like what Marc Klass stated... Gads, a new game for PD, how to beat media at their game.... ;o)

How stupid is SP? Just pushing aside the horrible crime that has been committed, if he had gone to all of that trouble planning out your wife's murder, you would think that he could have appeared distraught, worried, etc. And, selling the wife's vehicle, then the house?
Also, when he was arrested yesterday, he was on the golf course!
