Profiler on FOX just ( roughly) said that " he was running out of time. He had to get rid of her now because he didn't want the responsibility a baby and wife intefering with his life." Hell...we all figured that out weeks ago!

That's why I dont buy into the theory that they had a confrontation that accidentally turned fatal..Too many things look pre-meditated.
Purchasing a boat that no one knew about
Making concrete "anchors" that oops, I lost them
Life insurance policy-still a question about when it was purchased and his own policy is substantially less.
Fishing trip on X-mas eve that Laci never mentioned in her last conversation with her Mom.
And I'm sure there is much more that will come out in trial.

It's more complicated than that. He wanted to escape his responsibilities, to be sure, but he also had to do it in a way that would keep his "image" intact... He couldn't take the dissapproval, (especially having to step down from the lifelong pedestal his parents put him on) that would come his way if he abandoned wife and child....

He wanted to not only be free of "burdens" but to keep his "standing" in the world...
