I think they are calling him a fetus, as it would not sound right to call it a 7 1/2 month old baby as people may think that the child was 7 1/2 months past his actual legal birth date. (calling it a fetus let's people know that the baby was still inside the womb.) (he still killed his child and his wife no matter what - they baby never had a chance to even be born - Laci never got to see her son - it is all so sad, and I hope he faces the chair for killing both of them.)

I know how you feel. I was due with our first child in early February, right around when Laci was due. I had our son early, and this story continued to haunt me, and has been personally weighing on my soul. Every night I prayed for Laci and the baby. I will continue to do so.

'Sociopath' is usually used when someone is trying to use a gentler word. Go ahead - use the word 'Psychopath'. It means the same thing and someone like Scott deserves to be identified with the word - PSYCHOPATH.
