You'd be surprised how many defense attorneys there are who would actually defend Satan himself before God's throne. There should be a law that states that if a lawyer defends someone he knows is guilty, he should share his client's fate should his client be found guilty.

Oh no the computer is ALL mine - it's the TV that is not (or should I say sate receiver) We live in the country and do not have an antenna on the house, all we have is the one sate receiver livingroom, but I am able to control the sate box from the computer room when he goes to bed. I am the techno freak in this house and before he knew I rigged up the TV in the computer room to get the signal from the livingroom sate receiver, he could not figure out how the channel on the livingroom TV would change by itself. (I would be in here giggling away... but he caught on fast).

You can buy the devices at Radio Shack, one allows the sate receiver signal to go to another TV in the house and the other is a remote control box that allows me to change the channel on the livingroom sate box while I am in the computer room.

Just now, the way they said that the teams who were in charge of keeping track of Scott made the decsion to arrest him before the DNA came back...he was ready to jump the border.

Going back to that Tradecorp convention that he supposedly went to Mexico for earlier this year, but he returned to the states before it ever started, betcha he was setting up his new abode.

I'm watching the press conference live, too, and the Police Capt clearly said they arrested Scott "while he was driving" (someone had asked if he'd been arrested at his parents' home, and no, he wasn't). so, he was in a car driving.

Then, about 10 min later, in answer to a different question altogether about why they'd arrested scott bEFORE the DNA conclusions came back, the same Capt muttered something about "our investigation surveillance determined that we needed to make arrest at that time"...or something like that.

Well, putting those 2 statements together, it makes me wonder if scottie-boy was driving to the border, and that's why the Police decided to intervene and arrest him right then.

I feel so awful for her family. And it also hit me that all those volunteers must feel so betrayed--that they donated so much time and energy to trying to "find" her when that sh$t knew all the time where she was. And i pray for laci and her baby who was so clearly loved by his mommiee.
