There are no French contractors capable of getting the job done. Time is a consideration and Americans will finish the work before the French could mobilise and plan what's to be done. They lack organizational skills that apply to current efforts.
again i agree...by the way ..during my shopping for anything now days i look closely at the package and i dont buy russian german french or canada products!..last nite i started to buy some air freshener stuff...made in canada..so i bought something else..air wizrd is the name
