People attending should be aware flying kites on Deerfield Beach could be considered an act of civil disobedience. Is Deefield Beach being run by ex-Taliban folks? They also had a big ban on kite flying. Civil Disobedience????? What the....? I used to fly the Gyrocopter kites on the beach. They were INCREDIBLE. It was the wind-powered spinning propellors that kept them in the air. I used to be very skillful with those Gyrocopter kits. I could make them land on sand and take off, hover in front of any condo balcony I wanted, and even make them hover exactly 5" over the ta-ta's of women lying on their backs on the sand.
