In other words, terrorism isn't terrorism until you
see how things turn out.  In which case, the PLO
must be given a bye until Israel is finally wiped out,
at which time no terrorism will be adjudged to
have occurred.

Does this work for you?  Not for me.  I think the
definition of terrorism has to include Dresden
and any other carpet bombing of cities.  It isn't that
I think the US is terrorist, but that the definition needs
work.
