Wentworth said Texas could be forced under the U.S. Constitution to recognize unions sanctioned in Vermont unless the Legislature enacts his bill. If that's the best he can do, he's wrong. Texas could be forced to recognize the unions under the Constitution regardless, bill, law, or Texas Constitutional amendment.
With that logic the concealed carry law should be recognized when Texans visit New York City.
