Don't hold your breath.
Last Sunday morning I was desperate for some news while driving. I turned to NPR.
I swear, if I hadn't been following the war I would not have thought it was going well.
Every story I heard was of a small sad incident that tarnished the overall effort.
One story I remember was an interview with a man whose store had been looted.
While those stories are part of the overall picture, that is all they cover.
I also recall a story several months ago of Israel driving their military into the West Bank in retaliation to a Palestinian atrocity. NPR, of course, had the chronology backwards. The uninformed listener would have summized that the atrocity was in retaliation for the Israeli incursion.
That's about the extent of my NPR listening. It's so slanted I can't take but small doses.
