I always thought San Fran would be a GREAT place to meet single women. I always heard that women in San Francisco always complain about how all the men they meet are "Friends of Dorothy" if you know what I mean.

I always thought San Fran would be a GREAT place to meet single women. It isn't. Replay some of the recent protest videos to see San Francisco's native population of single women in action. Actually, many conservative single men (like me) are here - we work in the city but flee to our suburban homes at night and wouldn't think of actually living here. Many of these guys have been transferred by their employers to SF from other parts of the country, and don't fit the stereotype at all.
