Yes, the ubiquitous Col. Hunt said on it O'Reilly and I heard the same story a few hours later by John Loftus on Bachelor & Alexander's radio show in NY. That the original source is a Russian general was not noted by either. Don't know why either would promulgate this story if that was the only source. Still, if true, I don't like it, even if, very theoretically it might have "saved lives". If it is true, and we have to admit it, it's gonna provide a much-needed boost to the waning anti-war crowd.
