A tip for you:
Sometimes people will donate to the VA hospital before they'll sell the stuff.
After you become a volunteer you'll get this cool card that certifies you as a volunteer.
Just show 'em that when ask them for their donation.

I have a lump in my throat the size of Texas. I wish I could commit some time, but working 50-hour weeks doesn't leave me much. I WILL see about getting some donated goods, though. You have some wonderful ideas.
