As reported by KMOQ-TV in St. Louis:

After this sizeable marijuana bust, authorities were dismayed to have lost all the evidence when a tornado blew through East St. Louis as the officers were clearing the crime scene. The evidence is nowhere to be found, 7 officers have been injured, and early analysis indicates that the tornado may have caused up to $137 million dollars in improvements.

Over heard on the police scanner...

Cop: "Come in! Come in! Can anyone hear me? The whole unit has been wasted!"

Dispatch: "Do you need backup?"

Cop: "Uhhhh... could you send us some pizza???"

Dispatch, repeating on the pizza (ssthspop) Ah, also, alert EM service that Sanders is, ah (sshthisspop) undergoing some, ah, non-incident related, ah, discomfort. Unit 12-1.

12-1, clarify, clarify (spopthissspop).

Ah, dispatch, that is difficult at this time, we have incomplete information as to the cause of the discomfort (ssssssssss). Appears to be the case that Sanders was being (sspopssssphthatpop) fellated when the tornado came through, but this is not confirmed, repeat not confirmed, although the bleeding from his lower body is substantial.

Roger that, 12-1 (thsssptwappop) and will advise EM services...Estimated 14 minute ETA on the pizza.

...the Mexican suppliers wanted to increase his usual 50-pound supply; he expected a delivery of no more than 700 pounds

whaaaAAAATTT???

Now... Let me get this straight...

This guy is dealing dope, and his *supplier* decides he needs more dope than he's got... and then (by all appearances) they give him *too much* dope to deal, and... ?

Question mark???

What's the problem... Are the mexicans swimming in dope they can't get rid of, already? What's the matter... Can't they just ship it to San Fagdisco, or something - there *can't* be such a thing as too much dope down there, with all those drooling peace-pukes parading around...

I must be getting old... I'm *really* getting lost, here...

Apparently not ones for subtlety, drug dealers last week pulled up to an East St. Louis mobile home in a flatbed truck and dumped 3,000 pounds or more of marijuana into the yard, according to charges filed in federal court.

The bundles, each as high as a man's shoulder, were picked up later by others in a rental truck [...]

St. Louis police caught on to the wholesale drug operation after officers stopped a car March 8 with 45 pounds of marijuana, according to a criminal complaint filed Thursday against Conners and two others.

The driver agreed to cooperate and told police about the delivery that had been made, the complaint says.

So the Drug Warriors needed informants to find shoulder-high bundles in a yard. Very impressive.

The deal appears to be orchestrated by several Mexican nationals who have not been identified by authorities.

Undocumented workers, please.

Officials called it an "extremely significant" drug bust.

And its effect on the overall availability of drugs in East St. Louis – nada, senor.

But at least the taxpayers get to pay the room, board, utilities, legal fees, and education expenses for three more Mexican nationals for the next thirty years.

Woo frickin’ hoo. Go drug war.
