There is an article that Mel's production company will be producing Moore's next schlockumentary trying to link the Bush and Bin Laden families and 9-11. If true, Mel has really stepped in it.

I think he bought the rights to it. This means that if he owns the rights, it can never be produced by anyone else. I seriously doubt that Mel Gibson going to make it, but neither can anybody else, so I suspect it's dead in the water.
