Los Angeles, CA, April 11, 2003 – Latin supermodel Estelle Reyna is collecting hundreds of email messages each day from her fans in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf. Her wall is a mosaic of pictures that her fans (mainly sailors) send her during their free time.

“I have made so many new friends. And they all have one thing in common: they are all heroes”, says Estelle as she prints out another hundred or so email messages to include in her daily journal. One week’s worth of email correspondence between Estelle and her friends in the military is about the same size as a big city phonebook.

But Estelle’s involvement does not stop here. The model has been traveling the country and is actively participating in “Support the Troops” rallies nationwide. She also uses her many TV and radio appearances to create more awareness about the cause she defends.

I'm with you, but you should qualify your statement and say some Latina women. I had a Latina girlfriend once, and she didn't mess with any hair lightener. ....But most of her sisters and Latina friends sure did. It's just my personal taste, but I always perfer women's hair to be darker than their skin. ....Which is the case with most women, thankfully.
