Los Angeles, CA, April 11, 2003 Latin supermodel Estelle Reyna is collecting hundreds of email messages each day from her fans in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf. Her desk is replete with care packages, letters and autographed pictures that she sends out daily to the USS Constellation, Essex, Valley Forge and Abraham Lincoln as well as countless other APO-FPO addresses.
Fuelled by her admiration of the bravery and sacrifice of our Armed Forces, Estelle wants to do what she can to show she cares during these difficult times. Whether you are in favor of a war against Iraq or an opponent to war, one should not forget about the heroes who risk their lives to protect our freedom, says Estelle.
The response to Ms. Reynas packages has been overwhelming. What started out as an effort to make a difference now fills a good five hours each day in the models busy schedule. Yes, it takes time, but it is time wisely spent. I feel blessed being able to dedicate a portion of my day to the people who fight for my freedom, stresses Estelle. In an average day, she prepares 50-100 new care packages, customizes them with autographed pictures, key chains, cookies, playing cards and a sample of her own fragrance. After she drops off the care packages at the post office, she gets online and answers another 50 to 100 troop email messages. Her wall is a mosaic of pictures that her fans (mainly sailors) send her during their free time.
I have made so many new friends. And they all have one thing in common: they are all heroes, says Estelle as she prints out another hundred or so email messages to include in her daily journal. One weeks worth of email correspondence between Estelle and her friends in the military is about the same size as a big city phonebook.
But Estelles involvement does not stop here. The model has been traveling the country and is actively participating in Support the Troops rallies nationwide. She also uses her many TV and radio appearances to create more awareness about the cause she defends.
Known as The Most Downloaded Woman on the Internet, Estelle can be found at www.estellereyna.com.

This could get me flamed, but why do Latina women think that they have to lighten their hair color? Some gentlemen may prefer blondes, but I prefer raven-hair or red hair over blonde hair any day!

I know, particularly in Argentina, with the Germanic influx, but let's take Shakira for example. I think she looks better with darker hair.

I tried your link and was immediately attracted to the juicy Dublin literary gossip of 1898-1904. Here I was soon to learn that in August, 1898 James Joyce had his first assignation with a fille de joie after a heady evening of dramaturgy and thespians. Tch!

Yeah, every time that infomercial comes on with the guy who shows me how to make millions with "little tiny ads", I keep watching because Cindy is sitting there in a mini dress, smiling.

This could get me flamed, but why do Latina women think that they have to lighten their hair color?! I'm with you, but you should qualify your statement and say some Latina women. I had a Latina girlfriend once, and she didn't mess with any hair lightener. ....But most of her sisters and Latina friends sure did. It's just my personal taste, but I always perfer women's hair to be darker than their skin. ....Which is the case with most women, thankfully.

I used to know a great website that showed 20 racks, some real, some fake. And it tested one's abilities to tell the difference. I got 18 of 20 correct. ....I guess posting it might get me a suspension, though.
