Bush needs to ignore California, New York, Illinois and New England completely, and work Michigan, Florida, Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Minnesota with a purpose and strategy. NO blue collar worker ANYWHERE should vote for a Democrat. The Democrats of Daschele, Pelosi and Kennedy are anti-gun, anti-automobile, anti-tobacco, pro-abortion, pro-affirmative action, anti-military, pro-illegal immigration, anti-tax-cut, anti-school choice, pro-gay and anti-God. That needs to be hammered home, again and again and again.

Yah, I think you are right. Certainly the Iraq thing has helped Bush big in Mich., which has the largest Arab community in the U.S. and where the response was highly positive to the war.

They are definitely idiots if they spend money in California or New York. Don't underestimate them, though. They have been idiots before. Such as by refusing to sent party money to numerous nation Republican candidates because they differ on a few issues.
