I was trying to get it done before anyone else, but it's no BFD...
I probably got by because of the Road Runner cable modem, it can be wicked fast.

I have a cable modem as well but have no clue what kind it is. Wouldn't trade cable for nothing.

Road Runner is just a marketing come-on, it is just a plain old Time-Warner cable modem...
they might as well call it fee-fi-fo-fum, but Road Runner sells... I guess.
Interesting side note, I decided to ditch AOL, but it is the same company getting the money, it's just going into a different pocket and I would have gotten it no matter what they called it.
In other words, I'm 45, male and immune to commercials, I buy what I like and nothing else.

We started out with Comcast which was bought out by AT&T which was just bought out by Comcast. Figure that one out.

I'm 40, female and look at commercials for their humor value. That is about as far as I will go with them.

I still wear essentially the same thing now at 45 that I wore at 4 or 5...
I still wear Levi's and t-shirts or polo-shirts, in my free time.
I still have "Converse Chuck Taylor's" and I love them, because they are good quality and damn it I just plain like 'em.
Call it my security blanket, but a nice pair of Levi jeans and a sharp Lands End Polo looks excellent on my 6'4" 240lb frame!

Just saw Ellis Hennigan on Fox and he was asked "Is Iraq liberated yet?" and he said "No". What does it take to convince that liberal pile of sh*t? And Rush said Clinton said we can't go around killing our arresting our enemies, at some point we have to get along with them... or something like that... Yeah right Clintoon, we tried that for 8 years and what did it get us? 9/11 !!!!!!!!!!

I think Bush got 77% favorable ratings in recent polls. Maybe Tim Robbins should realize that he is just an actor, and we can agree with him or not. Bush is the president and MOST of us agree with him. We can vote a president out of office. We can refuse to go to movies made by actors we don't like. Tim Robbins needs to grow up and realize that! No one HAS to like Tim Robbins. No one has to obey his wishes. He is behaving like a spoiled child.

The main point for both of us is...
one should be comfortable above all else...
I never went in for the designer stuff and I never will.
