Because it's debka, does that mean that France is rounding them up to hand over to us?

We know that Iraq's ambassador to the UN has plans to fly to Paris and then supposedly on to Baghdad, but I'm sure he'll park himself in Paris, where they'll roll out the red carpet for him.

If this is true, it will seal the death warrant on US/Franco relations once and for all time.

New York Newsday quoted debka in their Syria/Rumsfeld report yesterday.

If true, France is not going to like the answer it gets from the new regime as it tries to collect on Sadaam's deals.

Since it is from Dumbka I would say it is probably total BS. BUT should it not be .... "you're either for us or against us" ... and we will go after the terrorists NO MATTER where they may be

Even if this turns out to be DEB-CACA, this sounds like something like France would try and pull on the sly..

Who is paying for his flight??

Probably us, through the UN of course, where we pay by FAR the largest chunk. I'm pretty sure there are probably BILLIONS of Iraqs stolen funds sitting in French banks.

I'm sure it is coming out of the UN budget. (which is 90% US money)
