RANCH RESCUE BACK IN THE SADDLE,
GOING BACK TO JIM HOGG COUNTY !
http://www.ranchrescue.com/texas.htm#falcon
From what I see on the Operation Ranch Rescue website they have regrouped and are going back in strength. It is my understanding that the usual number of participants is 50. This time they are putting together about 200 (sounds like FReeping to me!) and are headed back at the end of the month. It looks like there will be a LOT of documentation going on, I suppose County Sheriff E-Raz-Mo is gonna have some `splanin to do.
GO TEAM!
Check out the site link and just in case anyone does not have this by now, here are a few "opinion options" to let Sheriff `Raz know what YOU think of his actions against patriotic citizens!

Despite these facts, no criminal alien has ever been prosecuted for commtting this felony in any border county. The County Attorneys in these border counties have granted blanket immunity from prosecution to criminal aliens for all property crimes. Simply put, the border County Attorneys are turning a blind eye to the felony criminal offenses committed en masse within their counties by criminal aliens, where the border county landowners are the victims. This selective non-enforcement of the law is being practiced solely on basis of the criminals' national origin and immigration status.
Legal research conducted by Ranch Rescue volunteers clearly shows that these County Attorneys have engaged in a deliberate pattern of not prosecuting criminal aliens who commit these crimes. No effort has been made in any of our border counties to prosecute any foreign national, in this country illegally, who has been apprehended while trespassing or for felony fence destruction. These County Attorneys also refuse to discuss this disgrace openly and have never been able to refute these facts with any hard numbers.
Why isn't someone prosecuting the criminals who are failing completely to do their jobs?

It is in the breaking news sidebar! |
The stratigy of immediately returning to the scene of (someone's) crime is a very good one. I am sure it will be a "photo safari" for the inaction on the part of the BP and LEO's.
He is starting to know that he stepped in 'it' and 'it' stinks!
Just a little honest checking and it should become obvious who has been wandering around in the south forty at night without a flashlight! Phew!
He just might have to account for some times and dates, given that there are any records AT ALL...
Jim Hogg County Assistant District Attorney - Rudy Gutierrez
Jim Hogg County County Sheriff - Erasmo Alarcon
These names explain it all.
Anytime, and I wish I hade MORE time to do it!
"He has denied having a weapon, but I think we've got substantial evidence he did have a weapon, so he may also be facing some federal charges. The ATF is taking an interest," said Assistant District Attorney Rudy Gutierrez.
Rudy Gutierrez better be able to prove this, if he (Nethercott) is a prohibited person RR will hve to do a better job of screening.
Ya got my sympathies, I have lived in the 'very small town environment" out in east Texas. Not bad but folks tend to get a bit regional and whiny about local affaires and not see the overall effect. A very good example is what is going on there.
Local folks friendly to the illegal may not want to interfere with the "immigration." Ok . . . they have no idea what it is like when the border-busters have left that area after a matter of hours and stopped here in DFW. They get a flop in an apartment with 10 other illegal for $40 a month, buy a hot gun after a few paychecks and then get drunk on a payday. BINGO. They are in Dallas County jails by the thousands.
The Lew Stearic complex is 6 buildings ranging from 5 to 12 stories tall and two 6 level parking garages! That's just Dallas. Not Richardson, Garland, Plano, Mesquite, Hutchins, Duncanville, Carrollton, Grand Prairie, Collyville, Richland Hills, Hurst, Haltom City, Red Oak, Arlington, McKinney, Ft Worth..... you get the idea. What I do not understand is they go to all the effort to come here and the first thing they do is turn their neighborhoods into the same kind of third world cesspool they claim they want to get away from!
Perhaps YOU should run for Sheriff.. at least everyone could find out how dirty the cops are there.
As for the Valley, much work needs to be done. That area is a huge drain on our economic resources. Very few Valley residents are employed, crime is rampant and the only solution I can see is to put up a wall somewhere south of San Antonio and let Mexico have that $hit-hole back, along with the leeches who live there.
Oops, I should have spotted the wording.
"put up a wall somewhere south of San Antonio and let Mexico have that $hit-hole back, along with the leeches who live there."
LOL! I have said that myself! Somehow I see the boys at Ft. Hood coming into play here.
Because there are too many Hispanic Voters in the Counties and they are gutless weasels.
SO9
I don't think Rudy can, here are a few tipoffs that indicate that (to me).
From the Sheriffs original "warning" letter to the newspapers . . .
The Sheriff said he is publicizing the information "because we still don't know who these individuals are."
"Obviously, they are trespassing, and obviously, they are carrying something," he said. "We hope it's narcotics and not something much worse."
Soooo, when the Sheriff speaks of the activity committed by the illegals, it is "tresspassing." When others speak of it, the LEO's call it "immigration?"
Alarcon said he is bringing "this information to light because of the security crisis our nation faces."
"If you see these individuals please call us immediately," he said. "Remember the last plane that was taken down to prevent further terrorism was done by everyday Americans who loved their country enough to die protecting it."
Ok, everyday Americans are perfectly within their rights to kill foreign terrorists if they are located in the northeastern portion of the country, but everyday Americans are criminals if they are located near a PROVEN INTERNATIONAL INFILTRATION POINT trying to identify agents of foreign terrorest forces that the Sheriff (claims he) suspects "are carrying . . . somthing much worse."
Sheriff speaks with forked tongue....
And then there is this little bit of Orwell doublespeak....
Nethercott's legal problems might only be starting. According to prosecutors, he has a felony criminal record in California for similar offenses and was prohibited by federal law from carrying weapons.
"He has denied having a weapon, but I think we've got substantial evidence he did have a weapon, so he may also be facing some federal charges. The ATF is taking an interest," said Assistant District Attorney Rudy Gutierrez.
"According to prosecutors"... now THERE are some un-biased opinions, fer-sure.
"Similar offenses" . . . Similar to . . . What?
"I think we've got substantial evidence" . . . Well, is there any evidence OR NOT? Wittness, well, yes there are several witnesses. The sheriff is not intreseted in the ACTUAL witnesses. Nor does the good Sheriff seem to be interested in any facts, photos, or the reality of no hard evidence.
"The ATF is taking an interest". . . Translate to the LEO's are gonna bury Nethercott till they can talk someone into "proving" he commited some kind of federal crime. Why? The locals can't seem to charge him with anything remotly justifying a $200,000.00 bond except for what $heriff Era$mo can dream up without a signed statement / wittnesses / hard evidence. They (JH County) have already sunk to begging help from the lowest form of feds, BATF.
The entire statement by good `ol Rudy the DA does not containe facts or provable events. It is mearly a mismash of feel good blather and fodder to be quoted to media outlets.
Who is failing to do their jobs?
