Yeah, that's a great lie. Sure, he inherited it. But he also had to replace the tires, the pistons....the radiator, the belts, crankshaft, exhaust system, brake drums, brake pads, gas tank, battery....

Bush did indeed inherit Clinton's Army. I had thought it would take him a full two terms to repair the damage. But Rumsfeld and the guys have done amazing things. My Dad calls them Bush's Steely-Eyed Killers!
