AZ: District hindering sex case, police say

Police are accusing Tempe Union High School District officials of repeatedly ignoring pleas for cooperation in a teacher sexual misconduct investigation and refusing to hand over key evidence.

But an attorney for the district says school administrators are stunned by the accusations in a police report issued Tuesday, insisting they have cooperated fully with investigators.

This is a bad situation. These folks have nowhere to turn. BEFORE she was elected, the governor revealed herself to be more interested in sexual perverts rights than victims rights. But the good people of the state were over powered and evil won at the polls.

I must say, this is quite a rare prosecution. If it had been Male Teacher with either a girl OR boy, or even a Female teacher with a boy, these cases are prosecuted all the time. But a Female teacher with a 16 yr. old female student...for the life of me, I can't remember any prosecutions.

And I agree...Arizonans must defeat Janet "Thick Neck" at the next election.
