Maybe he's trying to make up for an earlier screw-up.
Apparently he was on BBC last weekend reporting that he was at the airport and there were no American troops, while at the same time there were live pictures of Americans at that same airport. I guess he grew too enamored with his minders, and let them write his stories for him.

I'd rather know what Ginger thinks.

The universe revolves around the collective journalistic rectum. They are the center, the emphasis, the second comming. They are the air we breath the food we eat. Journalists are the prime mover, the cats meow and the cats pajamas. They walk on water and talk on air and can do no wrong.
Amazing that they have not figured out that war zones are dangerous.

What does Mary Ann say? She's the one that I always believed!!!

maybe some Saddam Fedayeen with a rocket-propelled grenade, who did not like the fact the Reuters guy was shooting footage from his balcony at the time of the attack."Another 'shocking' example of Friendly Fire". ("back to you, Peter")

Does anyone else remember Baghdad Bob last week muttering "embedded beware"? or something like that? When he said it, it sounded like he was threatening the press.

This looks like some of the unpleasnt non-military surprises the Iraqi's promiced.

Maybe the Americans were under attack by a sniper who used a silencer.

(Arnett had the word SUCKER pasted on his big forehead ... and the Iraqis knew how to use him.)

He was quoted as saying "sorry Skipper".

Is this the same guy that scolded the BBC for their *wrong* reporting on the war?
If so, I admire him very much.
To: Prince Charles
With Gilligan, the Fisker too, Pete Arnett (Saddam's wife),
Pilger, Lindsey and the Talking Heads, here on the BBC's isle...
To: Prince Charles
An analysis worthy of the Professor!
To: Larry Lucido
I could sure use some Ginger about now.
