As much as I disagree with Democrats on policy issue, what you say is definitely true. There are maybe 4 or 5 mainstream democrats on DU(and one of them seems to have exiled himself to talking strictly about the 2nd amendment). I feel for them because their fellow DUers always seem to have their knives at the ready. The rest of the board is dominated by greens, communists and socialists. Some are open about it, some hide behind the label progressive. Either way, the Dem party would rather die than be associated with that board.
