FOX News (Shepard Smith) just now said that an Iraqi Ambassador just made a statement to the effect of 'obviously there are some winners and some losers' in Iraq. FOX says that is to be interpretted as clearly them being on the LOSING side. Kinda like a declaration of defeat for the regime !
