Because that's how deluded these people are. As time goes on, and our energies are devoted to pushing these people from their so-called limelight, they may get the message. On the other hand, denial runs deep there.

Spokesmen for ABC and Garofalo had no comment. That's not entirely true . . . actually they were "overheard" saying "Oh sh!t".

Bottom line here is, given that the woman has no sense of humor whatsoever, the show would set some kind of new land speed record for low ratings and be taken off the air. In the long run, ABC wants to make money. They're not going to make it by taking advantage of me.

ABC's new spokesman, Baghdad Bob, assured reporters that there is overwhelming support for the show and that protesters will choke on their own entrails as they are ground into dust.

This sort of protest effort seems rather silly to me. Let the show go on the air and flop miserably. It sends a stronger message in my mind and cannot be spun by the left as 'censorship' or potrayed as victimization by the 'vast right-wing conspiracy'.

I think it is hilarious watching leftist activists, like Garofalo, react with utter bewilderment that their own tactics - boycotts, mail campaigns, protests - are being turned against them. These are the tactics they have employed themselves for decades, but for some reason it never occurred to them that their political opposites might use them as well.

Someone on another thread said she told O'reilly that she would crawl on broken glass if the Iraqi's cheered. I hope O'Reilly plays that tape.

I would like to request some that Freepers e-mail MSNBC and complain about the disgusting, offensive hit piece that Keith Olbermann did on Geraldo Rivero, last night.
My husband switched to MSNBC during the last commercial break on O'Reilly, just in time to catch the offensive video clip of Geraldo shaking hands with some members of the 101st Airborne. Olbermann stated that the soldiers had requested to opportunity to shake Geraldo's hand after having put their own hands in offensive places and that it was his opinion that the members of the 101st still got the bad end of the deal. Then when we switched back, O'Reilly was asking for donations to the MSNBC reporter's trust fund.
I have never been a big fan of Geraldo, but I think that MSNBC has sunk to new levels with this latest assault on a FOX reporter.

Notice how they claim that they are "Bush supporters." This makes it sound as if they are somehow connected with the administration, therefore, trying to blacklist her.
It should read, "Iraqi freedom supporters."

Does anyone remember Jeaneane Garafola telling O'reilly she would crawl on broken glass to the White House to apologize to the President if Iraqi's cheered in the street?
Go ahead and remind her!

Hillary Clinton has lost a supporter anti-war celeb Susan Sarandon. When asked by the hosts of ABCs The View if she was disappointed in the New York senators support of the war, Sarandon replied, Yeah. Im very disappointed in Hillary. . . .

The tide is turning folks. These Hollyweird types have had free reign for years to say whatever they wanted and then be held up as some sort of guru on any topic they wished to spout off about. Those days are over. Now they're treated as a pariah or a joke. Keep it up!
IMO Fox News and Drudge deserve a lot of credit or we would still have just CNN and rest of the gang throwing roses at their feet whenever they uttered an anti-Bush comment.
