The real Saddam is dust.

In the Russian embassy are 3 "look-alikes," Moe Hussein, Larry Hussein, and Curly Hussein.

The Russians already lost WWIII,

Now, perhaps they want to lose WWIV.

Saddam May Be Hiding in Russian Embassy

Najibullah did that in Kabul for a few years - but was eventually dragged out, hanged and castrated.

Now just why would Russia help Saddam?

Simple. They will hand over Saddam only on condition their Iraqi debts get paid.

Regards, Ivan

Exactly. Broadcast over loudspeakers and bullhorns in Arabic, to the crowds (if indeed this is true):

1) Saddam is in the Russian Embassy; and

2) The address of the Russian Embassy

Sit back and watch the fun. Let al Jazeera show the truth to the Arab world.

Saddam's doctor called a meeting of all the Saddam look-alikes.
"Men, I've got good news... and I've got bad news.

The good news: Saddam is still alive!

The bad news: he lost a leg!"

What is Al-Jazeera up to?

They play to the Arab street. They also wish to appear a relevant and legitimate news agency. The Arab street just turned a new corner and they need to keep up to maintain a semblence of legitimacy, IMHO.

Many of us, including this old Grampa, have saying that Saddam has been staying in the Russian Embassy for his safety for about two weeks.

The Russian KGB/Mafia thugs in charge of Russia can't afford to have their former cash cow taken prisoner or whacked.

THIS STORY HAS BEEN DEBUNKED. AL JAZEERA WAS REPORTING IT, AND THE PENTAGON HAS ISSUED AN UNCATEGORICAL DENIAL.

So.... AJ is trying to get us to bomb the USSR embassy?
We would never do that.... grin

I think you are probably right. We should hand out sledge hammers and let the crowds do the needful!

The Russians helped finance the overthrow of our embassy in Iran years ago.

We should give the hammers to the Iraqis like you said.

First we encircle the embassy with our best Marine Snipers and tell the Russian Mafia/KGB ers that any Russian thug with a gun will be offed.

Then let the Iraqis with the hammers go search that embassy and other embassies.

"I hope he is in their embassy"

Me, too. That will allow us to get "2 birds with 1 stone"!

Maybe we should let them keep him.

Turkey Russia France and Germany....
defacto... they are in a state of WAR with us.

This has been the ultimate "show your cards" play by the bush administration... HE KNEW who the REAL State Sponsors of terrorism were... and are.

Now 80 percent of America knows.

I still suspect we will be at WAR in a physical way with FRANCE by year's end... along with their allies in obstruction, TURKEY and RUSSIA....

I look for Kurdish "extremism" to be the excuse for FRANCE TURKEY AND RUSSIA to mount their own invasion of the north of Iraq... They have been warned.

They will not listen as this, to them, is not about oil, or Iraq, or the UN... this is about denying America, Britain and Australia and associated allies... the supremacy of of world dominance that we share, and that the USA leads. Plain and simple... they did NOT like the end of the cold war... and are appealing for the instant replay, to try and get US off the top of the pile.

They are fools.
What makes them think we will play as "nicely" with them, as we have with the IRAQIS....

"In the end there can only be one..." (Highlander)
