Baghdad Bob
Someone should concoct a picture of him still broadcasting as his broadcast booth is carried out of town on an American military vehicle.

The soldiers have seen horror in combat, and this is their reward. They will remember it the rest of their lives.

BABYLON IS FALLEN (2)
Hail the day so long expected,
Hail the year of full release.
Zion's walls are now erected,
And her watchmen publish peace.
Through our Shiloh's wide dominion,
Hear the trumpet loudly roar,
Babylon is fallen to rise no more.
....Baaaaaa....
(drawn out...with the rest following a half beat later)
Babylon is fallen, fallen, fallen
Babylon is fallen, to rise no more.
All her merchants stand with wonder,
What is this that comes to pass:
Murm'ring like the distant thunder,
Crying, "Oh alas, alas."
Swell the sound, ye kings and nobles,
Priest and people, rich and poor;
Babylon is fallen to rise no more.
Blow the trumpet in Mount Zion,
Christ shall come a second time;
Ruling with a rod of iron
All who now as foes combine.
Babel's garments we've rejected,
And our fellowship is o'er,
Babylon is fallen to rise no more.
From Sacred Harp
Tune: W. E. Chute, 1878

"those dancing cheering Iraqis must be one hell of a shock" But those are not Iraqis, they are American actors!
Arrgh! I forgot, they're the children of the actors that faked the Apollo moon landings. LOL!
Fox is giving the French hell also!

The French have never liberated anyone. They have some nerve trying to lecture the US on colonial invasions and campaigns of conquest. Talk about ignorant of history.

I am sitting at my desk in tears. This is simply wonderful.

Headline in NY Times tomorrow:

RE; " Jeaneane Garafola telling O'reilly she would crawl on broken glass to the White House to apologize " -
We're still waiting for some of her ilk to leave the Country as they promised they would when President Bush was elected (or as they think, "selected").
Sadly, I think that it's safe to assume that her promise will pan out to be every bit as legitimate as any promise liberals make.
They lie, you know.

As a Lebanese I hope to live to see the same pictures coming from Lebanon.

Me too, I had the unusual forethought to grab a tape back when it was just two guys trying to climb up the base. I have just watched the most amazing 90 or so minutes of TV I have ever seen. Thank God we did this. I'm so proud of our troops and so happy for the Iraqi people.
