America is a nation and a nationality. It has often been said that it is an idea too. In that case, welcome fellow American !

As an American, I will never forget who it was that stood with us in this monmentous time of moral choosing. Poland and the Polish people were there, and sent their soldiers to fight with ours, just as Thaddeus Kosciuszko came and helped us during our fight for freedom. I hope someday to go to Poland and express my thanks, but for right now I'll just say it to you.
