Well, I think Rand goes to the extremes in her writing to make a point, for me, Ive found religion to be a VERY individual experience and one that has helped me to succeed, so I could assume it is objectivist in that sense; I am devoutly Catholic, but recent events have proven that the Church as an organization has its flaws, as does anyother group of humans, be they political, religious, or for other purposes.
Blindly following the group and forgetting the religion is quite possibly the worst thing a person can do for their spiritual life, as they begin to worship the men who run the earthly organization and not the faith behind that organization, so in that sense, it is possible to be a religious objectovist because my religion is of my personal choice and I follow an inner faith above any earthly group
