Amazing, INDEED! This will be a real eye opener for the WHOLE Arab world and I pray this will go a long way to healing all of the wounds that have been inflicted to the Western world and quell all the hatred towards the US.
I can't share your optimism. In spite of all of the positive news today, the left is busily putting a negative spin on everything. People that I have spoken to who were against this war, remain defiant and adamant that it is unjust and unnecessary. Nothing will shut these people up, but maybe it will effect real changes for the Iraqi people.

The Left that has this attitude just hates Pres Bush & he cold raise the dead out of the beach at Normandy & the Left would complain about the military benefits they would have to pay.
I have less and less patience for these people as I get older..rather than compassion & understanding.. and a few of them are in my family.
