The Clinton Legacy is slipping further and further in the footnotes section of history. With all due respect, TomGuy, no it hasn't;
With the same respect I must agree with nicmarlo. The legacy of giving multiple nuclear warhead tech. combined with state of the art precision ICBM guidance tech. to China has yet to play itself out and there is so much more.
The world will be very lucky if the Clinton Legacy doesn't wipe out 100's of millions or billions of people. It IS that bad.
