Oh my sunshine, I am old enough to be your momma. I have a child born in the same year as yourself. Two children older than you. Here is a very positive spin for you. I can retire before you (a long time before you :) )

Hey! Have pity on us poor people on dialup.

I want to revive this excellent quote this morning, from Brit Hume, in response to a correspondent who suggested the fall of Baghdad would turn attention to the Palestinian problem:
BRIT HUME: "I do not believe those Iraqi citizens were dancing on that statue because they suddenly have renewed hope about a resolution to the Palestinian problem."
THAT'S GOLD! Thank God for Brit Hume.

I have decided that Democrats are toxic. They are sort of like those people they tell you drain your energy and spirit if you are around them for an extended period of time. (This is based on Senator Levin's comments playing locally on Michigan news radio. He's lecturing on how we need to restore our image among Arab countries now, that we have to be careful, etc. etc. etc.)

Oh Boy, Pretty Chicken is at it again :)

Wasn't that wonderful?! He also wondered what Chirac, Schroeder and Putin were saying while watching the Iraqi people tear down that statue of the MONSTER. You KNOW they were watching.

Boy Bush and company could really run with images from this war outcome in Paradise Square- "Love Fest" for the next election.. I could just see and hear it now-- the song:
Get on Board- join hands on the --Love train--Love train.

Reminds me of the airline commercial after 9/11 where all the employees were reciting Bush's speech like he was Chairman Mao and they were Chinese. It was a great commercial for our victory in 2002.

Did you see that Iraqi exile in Dearbourn today that said he is changing his name to Boosh? I was watching with my 15 year old and she said, "that's so sweet"
I'm glad I was home with her watching history being made today. We are overwhelmed with pride and in AWE of our DEAR men and women in the military and of course President Bush!!!
