No, Brad did give quasi support. He said (paraphrased) that one, no one should care what he thinks, he's just an actor- but that he supports the President and troops in a time of war. Now if he could just let Jennifer in on this.

That I am glad of.....I love them both. Especially Rawhide Ronny! What a guy. And equally admiring Bob Hope. Thank you.

Yes, it was helpful. Thank you very much. I hope I didn't sound snippy (I think I did). All I know, is that I am patriotic, caring, and I Support our Troops with crazy enthusiasm. Love my country....I always did! I love our President and our First Lady. For once....a president I voted for that I am so proud of! I'm glad we have some Hollywood stars who think the same way. BUT....I really do not look at stars in the same light as I used to...and I never will. My heroes are just regular people in this world. Especially men and women who sacrifice their lives for us everyday. Top of that lists is the boys and girls over in Iraq now. WOW...now those are some people to admire and goosh over! Thanks again. TAke care.

Ozzy's guitarist, Zakk Wylde, is firmly in the pro-war camp. They guys in Slayer are selling t-shirts that read "Payback's a Bitch" written in red, white and blue.

Buddy Ebsen is still very much alive. He's a little slow in terms of mobility, but still sharp as a tack. I don't know about Fess Parker.

Dennis Hopper was a major firearms enthusiast back in the day, although I think he had his priveledges taken away after several run ins with the law. He was also a registered Republican during the 80s, but I don't know about now.

Tim McGraw is the guy who sang the pro-abortion song Red Ragtop. Never heard of a pro-choice patriot before?

CC. Deville grew up where I live now. The old folks still talk about him lugging his guitar around the block all the time. Happy to see him on the side of our troops.

Damn. That's the second person on the list who shares a geographical connection to me. Tony and I both originally hail from Malverne, NY.
Better than the folks a few towns to the east in Massapequa who had to put up with the Baldwin brothers!

I recall once seeing Orson Bean on a late-night talk show. Forget what the topic was, but I remember that he recited the Lord's Prayer in its original Aramaic. The audience gasped -- I guess they had always assumed that Yeshua 'ben Yussef spoke in the Elizabethan English of the King James Bible!

His notes on being at a premiere "Memphis Belle" (he played one of the crew)
at the onset of Gulf War I is notable.

Sean says he's a Democrat...but somehow he's an exception to the
Hollyweird mold: married, stable, supports the troops.
I'd buy him a beer or two.

Add John Rhys-Davies. He was Gimli the dwarf in Lord of the Rings. He also starred in Raiders of the Lost Arc.
Apparently he got into a "discussion" with several fellow Rings stars when he heard them attacking the President.
