Homecoming: Khuder Al-Emeri, an interpreter with the U.S. Marines 24th Expeditionary Unit, is reunited with Qal'at Sukkar villagers for the first time in 12 years. Khuder led an uprising in the village during the last Gulf War and fled to the United States to avoid reprisals from Saddam Hussein. He's hoping to rebuild the town.
