Just the fact that we are looking for Saddam says we have the ability to identify him, whole or in pieces. By now, we probably have all the doubles nailed, too.

We may have clothing from him from way back when and a talented dog, and then there's the barber of Baghdad who sold us his hair cuttings for 1 Mill and the plastic surgeon with the Saddam mold and the manicurist who kept the cuticle nippings.

We have lots of ways of identifying him, I'm sure.
