What about INDIRECT assassination attempts? Did we not learn anything from the Clinton years?
Probably about the only good thing that Bubba did was to do a Finding on Pres. Ford's executive order that it only applied to heads of state. Were it not for this finding, Clinton couldn't have shot those "Monica Missles" at Sudan in 98.
