If we really did get saddam, do you think the Iraqis will now blow up all the body doubles out of some sense of jaded loyalty?

Quesay and Uday are now Pate'. And the last thing that went through their minds: "Touche'..."

I'm going to bed,
Cause you
You light up my life
You give me hope
To carry on
You light up my days
And fill my nights with song

It seems like the administration must be pretty darn sure they got him if they're letting a specific piece of intelligence like this out in the open.I'm actually surprised they still admitted it. No intelligence is more valuable than knowing your enemy has broken your encryption.

4- 5,000 lb Bombs were used.....sorry no bodies....will you setle for a smear instead?? The only way the docs can identify their DNA will be with a "perp smear" test.

From the other Baghdad Bob (Fisk) at your link:
As the exhausted city prepared for nightfall, the pounding continued. Two houses in the Mansour district were ripped apart by what appeared to be misguided American bombs. They tore a crater 40ft deep and twice as wide, killing at least 14 people, according to rescue workers.
Across the road Achel, a grocery store owner, stared bitterly at the consequences of war. There was nothing I could do. I saw a hand and I reached to pull out the body, but it was only a hand. It wasnt an accident."
No, Achel, it wasn't an accident, you dolt.

Did he really say that?

Maybe they blew up the car that had the Jaguar device in it when they bombed the building. In that case, it doesn't matter if they know we cracked it since it has been turned into raw material.

No offense meant, but "political science + dramatic arts"? Oy! Yeah, that jumped out at me, too. Not an illogical combination, though, if you think about it. News, let's face it, is sometimes uncomfortably close to entertainment. An insensitive thing to say, particularly in a war, but that's the reality of the situation.
