BAGHDAD (AFP) - A missile crashed into a residential neighborhood in central Baghdad on Monday, AFP correspondents said.

A building collapsed and several others were damaged on Ramadan 14th, a main commercial artery in the al-Mansur area, they said.

Shattered glass and stones covered the sidewalk along the road.

There was no immediate word on casualties, but two ambulances were seen rushing out of the area with sirens wailing.

Since we supposedly have A10s flying around Baghdad, I can't see us using missiles right now. Loyalists trying to get their last propaganda in?

Sounds Iraqi. I don't think we're using missles much in Baghdad these days.

Its called war...

I think Iraq fired 120 Scuds in to Teheran...now they know how it felt for the civilians in Iran.

Alah gets back at the wicked.

This is the very same neighborhood where the citizens were rising up. The dictatorship fired that missile right into them. What stinking animals!

Iraq seems to have some missiles targeted on its own shopping centers. This was one of them.

Has anyone else noted that more Iraqi missles have hit Baghdad than have hit Israel?

Yeah, they're the ones with the missile launchers inside.

For the record - I didn't put the "ERRANTMISSILES" keyword on this article.

It looks like it was a perfect hit.

So this wasn't it then?

There were 4 2000 lb bunker busters dropped and this description seems to describe only one missile or bomb!
