Good article. British Canada died back in the 50s when Canadian citizenship was adopted. Then country went downhill from there since. One of the separatists, Lucien Bouchard, famously said he represented a country that never existed. Indeed, Quo Canada?

I can be saved. Just follow the U.S. example. Elect a conservative from one of the western provinces as PM then throw the liberals out of your parliament. We were headed down the same road for eight years, but we pulled out of that nose-dive by the skin of our teeth. It didn't take long to turn things around.
