There are also 4 Shite groups involved in various ways. There are 6,8,10 various activies going on in the country. This is good and can be helpful to us in a variety of ways.

Jay Garner has been helping, people in the agriculture dept, etc. , who will be helping the Iraqi people to help set up government. Americans and other coalition partners to work side by side with the Iraqi people to set up the regime. Some activities should be moved to the Iraqi people asap. Its pretty well sorted through, Rumsfeld doesn't know all the details.
